LONDON UK - October 29 - Marcia Rigg leads the silent procession through Whitehall at the annual United Families and Friends Campaign (UFFC) remembrance procession from Trafalgar Square.

The silent precession is in memory for those who have died while in the custody of the state. The UFFC have been marching for the past 18 years from Trafalgar Square to Downing Street. To date, there have been 1577 death in police custody since 1990 with no convictions..
